My family has had Melissa follow us from pregnancy, to an in home newborn session (do it- you won’t regret it!), to 6 month milestone photos- and my only complaint is that we didn’t find her SOONER!!! You won’t find a more easy-going photographer- she is so kind and such a joy to work with. She really understands light, and angles, and has a great eye! She gets “busy mom life” and always has great suggestions of where to go, what to wear, and how to best prepare for your session. You couldn’t ask for a better person to invite into intimate moments with your family. She truly cares about you and does all she can to make each session so so memorable!

Melissa is amazing at what she does, and her passion for what she does is so evident! She was so good at moving us to find the perfect background and lighting, and so good at telling us how/where to stand. She kept our 7 month old smiling during the entire session, and we really enjoyed our time with her! I was born and raised in a small town in the middle of Germany – it’s called Bad Hersfeld. I dare you to try and pronounce it.
I have 5 siblings and even named my daughter after one of them. I truly love family!
My home is filled with music all day. Every Day.
The best part about a latte is the milk foam!
